30-Minute Call
Focused problem-solving on a single issue. Pump diagnosis, component selection, pre-purchase planning, or a targeted setup question. This is the right option when you have a clear problem and need a direct answer from someone who knows these machines.
There is a meaningful difference between a pump fault and a system fault. If your issue lies outside the pump — a build-out error, a line configuration problem, a component installed incorrectly — that distinction matters and will be addressed directly in this call.

Hourly — Design & Diagnosis
System design consultations, complex layout planning, full operational overviews, and detailed diagnosis across multiple components or a complete build-out. Fitting sizes, line sizing, tank-fed configuration, component sequencing — covered in full.
This is also the appropriate session for anyone building a system from scratch who needs to get it right before purchasing. Design work beyond the hour is billed at the same rate. Payment required before scheduling.
