Detail Division LLC operates in compliance with e-Commerce Directive (EU), the Consumer Rights Directive, and the Right of Withdrawal for all EU customers.

EU Right of Withdrawal

• EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 30 days (your window, which exceeds the 14-day minimum) of receiving the last item, no questions asked
• How to exercise it: Use account.detail-division.com to cancel pre-shipment OR the contact form on the bottom of the home page indicating you want to cancel/return and order number
• Once Detail Division LLC has your returned item, a refund will process within a reasonable timeframe (EU law says 14 days of receiving the return)
• Who pays return shipping — CUSTOMER
• Exceptions to the right of withdrawal — for auto detailing products this includes: unsealed/opened liquids, custom-mixed products
