Highlighted by a 12.5pH, MZR is a high-strength alkaline that has the ability to dilute and spot-resolve or be used at lower ratio for treating multiple surfaces. 

Precautions:

Given the alkaline level in MZR, it's advised to only work cool surfaces that are out of direct heat. No surface in contact with your MZR solution should be allowed to dry. Before use of certain dilution ratios, you will want to test an inconspicuous area. These are common advisements for such a powerful cleaner, and MZR is made for the professional looking to turn around years of neglect on an interior in less time than other similar products.

With regards to pH, after use of MZR you will want to flush the surface or carpet to neutralize.
