HELIX Anti-Corrosion Spray is a specifically formulated solution for underbody and rust protection. It creates a transparent protective film that prevents the formation of rust and corrosion, repels moisture, and halts existing rust on both flat panels and in cavities.
Unlike traditional rustproofing products, HELIX is a thinner liquid — not a viscous compound. That means easier application to any surface, cavity, or crevice, and better coverage across a larger surface area. Classic cars, motorbikes, 4x4s, campers, motorhomes, tractors, and industrial machinery — HELIX is built to extend the working life of any vehicle.
On first application, we recommend preparing the surface with our Elixir Salt Remover — removing winter road salt, road grime, and built-up gunk before HELIX is applied to a clean surface. Both products integrate into a regular car care routine without additional masking or prep work.

Halts Existing Rust HELIX doesn't just prevent new rust — it stops existing corrosion in its tracks, creating a barrier that cuts off the oxidation process on already-affected surfaces.
Thin Formula — Maximum Reach Traditional underbody products are thick and difficult to work into tight spaces. HELIX is thin enough to penetrate cavities, crevices, and hard-to-reach areas — protecting from the inside out.
Dry Satin Finish Cures within minutes to a clean, dry satin coating that doesn't attract dust or debris — unlike the wet, tacky residue left by older-generation rustproofing products.

How to Apply
For best results, clean the surface with Elixir Salt Remover before application to remove road salt, grime, and loose debris. Apply to a clean, dry surface for maximum adhesion and coverage.
Trigger Spray
1.Thoroughly clean the area, removing loose debris for maximum surface contact.
2.Spray on liberally from top to bottom, covering the entire surface evenly.
3.In tighter areas, force the liquid into gaps and cavities to protect from the inside out.
4.Allow to dry completely before driving in wet conditions.
Cavity Nozzle
1.Remove the existing spray nozzle and replace with the Cavity Nozzle Trigger.
2.Tighten fully, then back off by a 1/4 turn.
3.Slowly feed the brass injector into the cavity until resistance is felt.
4.Pump the trigger while slowly pulling the hose back, coating internal surfaces as you go.
Rust doesn't announce itself until it's already a problem. HELIX is what you apply before it becomes one.
