The original 2024 KiLO™ Drying Towel started as a 90 × 70cm drying towel to weigh in at an even kilogram (2.2lbs), hence the name. The story does not stop there tho!
After revisions for 2026, this long fiber twisted loop drying towel is built to break the barrier of material density weighing in at 1.3kg (2.87lbs dry) — not through bulk or a salt bath to weigh it down, but through quality materials and an updated weave development. This represents the highest water carrying capacity towel available to date from any manufacturer at this size and is double the size of the medium version.
Designed with the end user in mind, the 2026 Large KiLO™ steps in exactly where the standard Drying Duo runs out of capacity — boats, RVs, semi trucks and aircraft detailing... where work surface area demands more from a towel than any other drying towel can deliver. This is admittedly not the towel for every customer, engineered with a use case and intention in mind.

Breaking the density barrier
A towel gets heavier one of two ways: more material, or better material. The KiLO™ hits an even kilogram through weave development, not added bulk — meaning the extra weight is going toward water carrying capacity, not dead material sitting on the surface.
At 1587.30 GSM random sample, this is the highest capacity KL!N — or any manufacturer — has produced at the 90 × 70cm size. When the standard Drying Duo runs dry before the job's done, this is the towel built to finish it.
Recommended Use
Fully open the towel and lay it on a freshly washed, contaminant-free surface. Pull from one side to the other. Doors, fenders, bumpers, and rear hatches benefit from the "Matador Technique" — a single controlled pull across the panel.
