OEM Krānzle Total Stop Pressure Switch Sleeve Repair Kit

'Total Stop' on a Krānzle pressure washer is a mechanically driven pressure detection system. A piston enters the head of the pump, detects a pressure drop (from use), and modulates pump start / stop. The pressure switch sleeve connects to the Total Stop 'black box' which controls the electronic portion of the system... a button moving out of the pressure switch sleeve is what clicks the system on and off.

A worn mechanical pressure switch can leak past the orings and alter the intended function of the Total Stop system, usually putting the machine into a constant run mode with no auto-off. Any mechanical wear on these parts is usually caused by mineral deposits.
