Oberk APS is a truly interesting take on an APC. Alkaline (9.5pH) and yet plant-based, you can run this for a number of different jobs — exterior pre-wash, salt removal, bug remover, even cleaning interior surfaces with the proper dilution ratios.
APS falls into the Swiss Army Knife category for me. Running at a 1:15 dilution ratio for most occasions, you will complete pretty much every cleaning task you can think of. I have been amazed at the cleaning power when compared to the surface compliance this offers.

Where APS has really delivered
We all buy a bunch of household surface-designated cleaners. I have personally tossed so much of what I had taking up space because of the power and versatility APS brings to all of your cleaning work — not just cars.
StayWet Technology — read this before you use it
APS utilizes StayWet Technology which increases dwell time on a surface, keeping the active ingredients working rather than quickly drying out — drying affects the surface and creates spotting or other problems on finishes.
Unlike other active pre-treat foams, you WANT to wet the surface down before application. Allow the solution to work, be observant of the situation, and fully rinse off before the first signs of drying on surface. Measure your product. Read the label. This is a professional use product — not a count-the-glugs situation.

Important to know
Ceramic coated vehicles — safe An alkaline cleaner will help 'clean out' a coating and can be used. Ideal for ceramic coating maintenance.
Wax & sealant protected vehicles — avoid APS WILL degrade a sealant or wax. Use this as a surface preparation product, not on vehicles protected this way.
Is this a wash bucket soap? All Purpose Soap may be used in the traditional sense. Lubricity is not crazy slick, but use 0.25–0.5oz per gallon. The cleaning power is unreal — but it's in a different category.
Do not leave on raw aluminum Do not spray or leave on raw aluminum for a long period. Always wet the surface before applying. If concerned, test a spot first.
