Oberk 2 in 1 Wheel Cleaner is a pH neutral iron fallout remover that can be used on wheels/calipers as well as the paint. This sprays on thick, foams and clings. Because it contains no other cleaners it's safer on painted surfaces than products that contain tar removers and other unmentioned cleaners.
As with similar products, this is not a 'great smelling' product due to the chemical components that eat away iron particles and brake dust... but well worth just holding your nose and plowing through the work considering the results you get from it.
